Photos

We will Photograph your property using the very best cameras and lenses, ensuring that the quality of the images is at the highest standard it can possibly be. The photographers we you use are hand picked from the best in London property photography, meaning that we can consistently maintain our standards. We will also take as many photographs as we believe the property needs and send you every shot that we take. No more limits on how many photographs you can use and how long you can use them for, instead of licensing the photos, as with other companies, with TDAR LTD you will own the photographs. This puts you in complete control of your media to use as you like or even sell on if required.

Floorplans.

All of our floorplans follow the RICS code of measuring practice (RAG). We are able to produce floorplans in your own agencies format should you have one.

EPC’s.

Energy Performance Certificates are produced by one of our carefully selected EPC Companies. If you would like us to put them in touch with you directly we are more than happy to do that (we love cutting out middle-men). Alternatively, you can let us arrange it all for you.

Video.

We are currently in the process of streamlining our video workflow processes and a full price list will be available soon. In the meantime, if you would like any video services provided please contact us and we can offer a heavily discounted service until we get it up and running.
